The Guardian
I see all that you see. I hear all that you hear. I feel all that you feel. I am the Guardian here to listen and aid you. Finding yourself through my guidance, becoming what you are meant to become.
Bless means the poem is finished and the poet would like positive feedback from readers about what they liked in the poem. This is an invitation to celebrate the finished piece.
Press means the poem is almost finished, and the poet would like readers to “iron out any wrinkles” that they may perceive in the poem. This is an invitation to comment on any aspect of the poem.
Address means the poet has a specific question about a specific aspect of the poem, and wants reader feedback on that aspect only. This is an invitation to comment on the poet’s specific request.
